Helping people feel comfortable and confident in their bodies is my passion. With over 20 years of experience in beauty, wellness, and body care, I’ve found my true calling combining fascia therapy, body sculpting, and personal touch to bring you treatments that go beyond the surface.

My journey started at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, where I trained in cosmetology and spent many years as a master stylist. But as life unfolded between motherhood and the demands of a busy career my body began asking for a little more care. That’s when I discovered Pilates, and everything changed.

Through my classical Pilates certification, I was introduced to the fascinating world of fascia (the connective tissue that influences how we move, feel, and look). This led me to specialize in Fascia Blasting and Ultrasound Cavitation Body Contouring two incredible methods that not only help smooth and tighten the body but also relieve tension and support overall well-being.

Clients often tell me that my sessions feel like more than just body work. They describe a “healing touch” and say they leave feeling lighter, more sculpted, and more at home in their bodies.
